The NX Span-8 Laboratory Automation Workstation is a multiaxis liquid-handling instrument. This instrument may be programmed to perform various procedures. A variety of labware and hardware can be adapted to the platform with the possible use of a shaker and vacuum manifold. Methods may be developed ranging from simple liquid transfers, to more complex procedures such as timed dilutions.
