We provide a simple and reliable method for the rapid isolation of genomic DNA from mouse-tail clipping, animal tissue and tissue cultured cells. This membrane-based purification procedure may yield up to 9ug of DNA from a 1x106 cells, and 20ug from mouse tail clippings.

Fees

Investigators will be charged $4 per sample with a minimum of 16 samples.

Sample Submission

Samples may be dropped off in the green fridge located in the common molecular lab, CAREG building room #319.

You will be notified by email when your samples have been processed. You may pick them up from the green fridge located in the common molecular lab.
