The Wizard SV 96 PCR Clean-Up system is designed for high-throughput purification of 100bp to 10kb products from excess nucleotides, primers and primer dimers by using a membrane-based system. Ninety six samples can be processed in less than 40 minutes with ~90% recovery. The purified DNA can be used for sequencing, cloning, labeling, restriction digestion or microarray analysis.

Fees

Investigators will be charged $2.00 per sample with a minimum of 12 samples.

Sample Submission

Samples may be dropped off in the green fridge located in the common molecular lab, CAREG building room #319. It is preferred that samples be submitted in a 96 well PCR plate (Fisher cat #08408220) or in micro-centrifuge tubes.

You will be notified by email when your samples have been processed. You may pick them up from the green fridge located in the common molecular lab.
