We provide a simple and reliable method for the rapid isolation of plasmid DNA. This magnetic separation procedure may yield up to 7ug of DNA, from a 1.5mL starting volume. The purified plasmid can be used directly for sequencing, cloning, restriction digest, as well as for other standard molecular biology techniques.

Fees

Investigators will be charged $2.50 per sample with a minimum of 16 samples.

Sample Submission

At least 2mL of each sample should be grown up to a minimum O.D.600 of 0.5. Samples may be dropped off in the green fridge located in the common molecular lab, CAREG building room #319.

You will be notified by email when your samples have been processed. You may pick them up from the green fridge located in the common molecular lab.
