The Wizard MagneSil system was developed for high-throughput purification of sequencing reactions, including BigDye Terminator reactions. 96 samples can be purified in less than 90 minutes.

Fees

Investigators will be charged $1.50 per sample with a minimum of 16 samples.

Sample Submission

Samples may be dropped off in the green fridge located in the common molecular lab, CAREG building room #319. It is preferred that samples be submitted in a 96 well PCR plate (Fisher cat #08408220) or in micro-centrifuge tubes.

You will be notified by email when your samples have been processed. You may pick them up from the green fridge located in the common molecular lab.
